Automobile Purchase definition

Automobile Purchase means (i) a purchase or lease of an Automobile by an Automobile Purchaser; (ii) for which CarsDirect has received and reported as revenue the purchase or lease price therefrom. Provided further, an Automobile Purchase shall be deemed to be consummated upon delivery of an Automobile to the Automobile Purchaser who is purchasing or leasing such Automobile and the confirmation of such delivery (and acceptance thereof) by CarsDirect in accordance with its standard practices.

Automobile Purchase means the purchase or lease of a Sourced Automobile by a CarsDirect customer. For the purposes of this Agreement, an Automobile Purchase shall be deemed consummated upon delivery of the purchased Automobile to the applicable CarsDirect customer and the confirmation of such delivery (and acceptance thereof) by CarsDirect in accordance with its standard practices.

Examples of Automobile Purchase in a sentence

  • Neither P/UAG nor any P/UAG Dealer shall, prior to the acceptance of delivery of the Automobile by the CarsDirect Customer, solicit or cause such customer to unwind the Automobile Purchase including any commitment by such customer to purchase any retail finance, lease or other after-market Automobile product or service offered to that customer through CarsDirect.
