Automobile trailer definition
Automobile trailer means a vehicle with or without motive power, designed and constructed to travel on public thoroughfares or designed to be used for human habitation or for carrying persons or property or both including but not limited to trailer coaches, mobile homes, campers, and similar vehicles. (Ord. 822 §1, 1989)
Automobile trailer means any vehicle used for sleeping or living quarters and propelled either by its own power or by other power-driven vehicles to which it may be attached. This includes travel trailers, recreational vehicles, camper units on pickups, and the like.
Automobile trailer. “trailer coach,” or “trailer” shall mean any vehicle or structure so de- signed and constructed in such manner as will permit (1) occupancy thereof as sleeping quarters for one or more persons, (2) the conduct of any business or profession, occu- pation or trade, or (3) use as a selling or advertising device, and so designed that it is or may be mounted on wheels and used as a conveyance on highways or streets, pro- pelled or drawn by its own or other motive power, excepting a device used exclusively upon stationery rails or tracks.
