Automotive Group means Tenneco, the Automotive Subsidiaries and, after giving effect to the Corporate Restructuring Transactions and the Distribution, the corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, investments and other entities that represent equity investments of Tenneco or any of the Automotive Subsidiaries.
