Automotive HSP definition

Automotive HSP means one or more of the following as defined under the Regulation:

Examples of Automotive HSP in a sentence

  • Any contract entered into between Collector and a Service Provider for Automotive HSP must provide that title transfers to the Service Provider.

  • SCHEDULE “A” – COLLECTION ACCESSIBILITY SCHEDULES Collector will collect all Automotive HSP from its residents according to the following Collection Accessibility Schedules.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.

  • Alternative energy technology means equipment, component parts, materials, electronic devices, testing equipment, and related systems that are specifically designed, specifically fabricated, and used primarily for 1 or more of the following:

  • Tire means a continuous solid or pneumatic rubber covering encircling the wheel of a tractor or other farm machinery or of a vehicle.

  • Cottage Sector Means a single dwelling that does not have a common facility for a multiple number of tenants.

  • Pure electric vehicle (PEV) means a vehicle equipped with a powertrain containing exclusively electric machines as propulsion energy converters and exclusively rechargeable electric energy storage systems as propulsion energy storage systems.
