Auxiliary Revenues definition
Auxiliary Revenues means funds of the University that include: (i) the gross amount of all fees levied on all students at the University and such other revenues, funds or income received from students or the public at large in connection with any undertaking, utilization or operation of Auxiliary Facilities, including operation or management thereof by private entities on behalf of the University and unallocated revenues therefrom, prior to the payment of Current Expenses; and (ii) all Funds and Accounts held pursuant to the Board resolutions authorizing the Subordinate Lien Obligations, except any fund created to hold monies pending rebate to the United States or for payment of costs of issuance of Bonds. Auxiliary Revenues shall not include funds appropriated to the Board or the University by the Legislature of the State from time to time.
