Availability Compliance Reinstatement Date definition
Availability Compliance Reinstatement Date means the 180thconsecutive day on which U.S. Excess Availability or Compliance Excess Availability, as applicable from time to time under this Agreement, is equal to at least Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) and the Canadian Compliance Excess Availability is equal to at least the U.S. Dollar Equivalent of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).
Availability Compliance Reinstatement Date means the 180thconsecutive day on which the corresponding calculation of U.S. Excess Availability or Compliance Excess Availability is equal to at least the U.S. Dollar Equivalent of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) and the Canadian Compliance Excess Availability is equal to at least the U.S. Dollar Equivalent of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).
Availability Compliance Reinstatement Date means the 90th consecutive day on which either (a) the Compliance Excess Availability is equal to at least $15,000,000 or (b) all of the following are true (i) the outstanding balance of the Revolving Loans is $10,000,000 or less, (ii) the Borrowers have $50,000,000 or more in Qualified Cash, as determined by Agent, and (iii) the Compliance Excess Availability is equal to at least $10,000,000.
