Availability Level definition

Availability Level means the accessibility as calculated.

  • Power’s other remedies under this Contract, should the Services Schedule provide that liquidated damages are payable if the Availability is less than the Required Availability Level, then such liquidated damages are payable in accordance with the terms of that Services Schedule unless the Unavailability is a direct result of periods of Scheduled Maintenance or actions taken by Western Power or AEMO.

Availability Level has the meaning given to it in Section 3.2.
Availability Level means the total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the total number of minutes during a calendar month that the Services are unavailable to Customer not due to an Excluded Event, multiplied by 100 and then divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.
Availability Level means the availability level of SaaS, to the Customer between 8:00-17:00 CET during weekdays Monday to Friday, as expressly set forth under Section 8; “Availability Interruption” means an interruption of the agreed Availability-Level of SaaS;

Related to Availability Level

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.

  • Availability Amount is (a) the lesser of (i) the Revolving Line or (ii) the amount available under the Borrowing Base minus (b) the outstanding principal balance of any Advances.

  • Undrawn Availability at a particular date shall mean an amount equal to (a) the lesser of (i) the Formula Amount, or (ii) the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount, minus the Maximum Undrawn Amount of all Letters of Credit, minus (b) the sum of (i) the outstanding amount of Revolving Advances, plus (ii) amounts due and owing to any Borrower’s trade creditors which are outstanding sixty (60) days or more past the due date thereof.

  • Borrowing Base Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the Revolving Credit Exposures of the Lenders on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.

  • System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time. Represented algebraically, System Availability for any particular calendar month is determined as follows:

  • Base Level means, in respect of an Inflation Index, the level of such Inflation Index (excluding any "flash" estimates) published or announced by the relevant Inflation Index Sponsor in respect of the month which is 12 calendar months prior to the month for which the Substitute Index Level is being determined.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Average Excess Availability means, with respect to any period, the sum of the aggregate amount of Excess Availability for each day in such period (as calculated by Agent as of the end of each respective day) divided by the number of days in such period.
