Availability Payments definition

Availability Payments means payments by a public entity to a private entity in connection with the development, maintenance, or operation of a user fee facility pursuant to a franchise agreement, concession agreement, or a combination of those agreements;
Availability Payments means the payments made by the company in respect to the Accepted Availability Windows;
Availability Payments means the recurring payments to be made by the District to the Developer subject to the terms specified in the Project Agreement.
