Availability Incentive Payments definition

Availability Incentive Payments has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Availability Incentive Payments means Availability Incentive Payments as defined in FERC filing ER09-1064 or such other similar term as modified and approved by FERC thereafter to be incorporated in the CAISO Tariff or otherwise applicable to CAISO.
