At least thirty (30) days prior to the Availability Period Expiration Date, the Borrower, in its sole discretion and without requiring the consent of the then existing Lenders, may request a one-time extension of the Availability Period Expiration Date until a date that is no later than the second anniversary of the Fifth Amendment Effective Date (the “Availability Period Extension”).
