Availability Period Extension Milestone definition
Availability Period Extension Milestone means You have achieved eighty-five percent (85%) of the projected bookings and revenue for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2016, as set forth in the board approved revenue plan provided to Us and attached to the Disclosure Letter, delivered to Us on the Closing Date or an updated revenue plan, so long as such updated revenue plan has a minimum expected revenue equal to or greater than the revenue plan attached to the Disclosure Letter and delivered to Us on the Closing Date.
Availability Period Extension Milestone means You shall have achieved revenues recognized in accordance with GAAP for any trailing twelve (12) month period ending as of the last day of the most recently ended month prior to the end of the applicable Availability Period in an amount not less than 80% of the revenue projections for such twelve (12) month period that have been approved by Your board of directors, reviewed and approved by Us, and attached as Exhibit E for fiscal year 2013 or an updated revenue plan for fiscal years 2014 and 2015 so long as such updated revenue plan has a minimum expected revenue equal to or greater than the revenue projections set forth in Exhibit E.
Availability Period Extension Milestone means You have achieved eighty percent (80%) of the projected revenue and operating loss (excluding stock-based compensation) for the previous trailing twelve (12) month period for the period ending as of the last day of the most recently ended quarter prior to the end of the applicable Availability Period (which quarter shall have ended not more than forty five (45) days prior) as set forth in the revenue plan provided to Us on the Closing Date.
