Availability Trigger Period definition

Availability Trigger Period shall occur at any time that Availability is less than the greater of (a) $7,500,000 and (b) 20% of the Facility Limit. Once commenced, an Availability Trigger Period shall be deemed to be continuing until such time as (i) Availability equals or exceeds for thirty (30) consecutive days the greater of (A) $7,500,000 and (B) 20% of the Facility Limit and (ii) no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing during such thirty (30) consecutive day period.

  • Benchmark Unavailability Period means, the period (if any) (a) beginning at the time that a Benchmark Replacement Date has occurred if, at such time, no Benchmark Replacement has replaced the then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.14 and (b) ending at the time that a Benchmark Replacement has replaced the then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.14.
