Available Beds means, with respect to any Non-MOB Facility, the number of resident beds the Non-MOB Facility is actually operating from time to time, regardless of whether such bed is occupied as of the Closing Date.

Available Beds or “CON approved beds” means the total number of beds authorized for use by a hospital or group of hospitals based on capacity approved or authorized through the certificate of need process.

Available Beds means the beds at each of the Properties, as shown on Annex C to the Loan Agreement, as such beds may be increased by the Borrowers at any Property.
