Available Cash Collateral definition

Available Cash Collateral means, with respect to a Payment Date, the amount of funds equal to the lesser of (i) the amount on deposit in the Cash Collateral Account (determined (a) exclusive of any Investment Earnings thereon and (b) before giving effect to any deposit to be made or withdrawals from the Cash Collateral Account with respect to such Payment Date), and (ii) the Required Cash Collateral Amount.

Examples of Available Cash Collateral in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, (i) this Section 4.2(d) shall apply both to any Securities Accounts of each Regulated Subsidiary Guarantor containing Available Cash Collateral and to any Securities Accounts of each Grantor that is not a Regulated Subsidiary Guarantor and (ii) no Securities Account of any Regulated Subsidiary Guarantor containing Available Cash Collateral shall be excluded from the Collateral pursuant to Section 2.2 or otherwise.

  • Cash Collateral Account means a blocked account at a commercial bank specified by the Administrative Agent in the name of the Administrative Agent and under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent, and otherwise established in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Cash Collateral shall have a meaning correlative to the foregoing and shall include the proceeds of such cash collateral and other credit support.
