Available Cash Collateral Account Amount definition

Available Cash Collateral Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Cash Collateral Account on such date (before giving effect to any deposit or withdrawal to be made to or from the Cash Collateral Account on such date) and (b) the Required Cash Collateral Account Amount.
Available Cash Collateral Account Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Cash Collateral Account, including, notwithstanding the last paragraph of Section 4.11(b), Investment Earnings, on such date (before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Cash Collateral Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Cash Collateral Account Amount for such Payment Date.
Available Cash Collateral Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the amount on deposit in and available to be withdrawn from the Cash Collateral Account on such date (before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Cash Collateral Account to be made with respect to such date).
