Available Channels definition

Available Channels means the linear, satellite delivered and advertiser-supported standard definition and high definition television channels owned and/or operated by the Broadcaster in accordance with the Applicable Laws, which are offered either a-la-carte or in a Bouquet , a list of which is provided in Schedule A ;
Available Channels means the linear, satellite delivered and advertiser-supported standard definition and high definition pay and free to air television channels (if any) owned and/or operated by the Broadcaster and its networks in accordance with the Applicable Laws, which are offered either a-la-carte or in a bouquet , a list of which is provided in Schedule A (which may be amended from time to time);
