Available Days definition

Available Days means the consolidated days during the Performance Period between liftboats and drilling rigs where the asset is available to work.
Available Days are “Collection Days” when the Contractor’s NRF is available under the Contract; and
Available Days means the number of days in a given period that any Equipment is managed by Manager.

  • Such allocation shall be calculated using the ratio of the number of CEU Available Days for each owners’ equipment in Pool A to the CEU Available Days for all Pool A Equipment.

Related to Available Days

  • Available Date means the date upon which Licensor notifies MSDH that the Software may be accessed on the Licensor’s ASP server and MSDH may begin acceptance testing.

  • Applicable Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.08(f).
