Available Documents means the documents listed in Section 3(a)(6)(A) above that are available for electronic delivery or electronic retrieval pursuant to the then-existing functionalities of IAM.

  • Permitted Securitization Documents means all documents and agreements evidencing, relating to or otherwise governing a Permitted Securitization Financing.

  • Material Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23.
