With respect to each Distribution Date from September 2004 through August 2005, the lesser of (x) the sum of (i) 50.0% of Excess Interest for such date, (ii) aggregate Realized Losses on the Mortgage Loans for the related Due Period, (iii) any Deferred Principal Amount for such date and (iv) any Basis Risk Shortfall and any Class F Shortfall for such date and (y) Excess Interest for such date; with respect to each Distribution Date thereafter, Excess Interest for such date.
