Available Hours definition

Available Hours means all the hours of all the days in any calendar year excluding any period(s) of maintenance to the Interconnector Information System on reasonable notice or any period(s) of emergency maintenance to the Interconnector Information System when necessary on no notice or any period(s) of time where access to the Interconnector Information System is impossible due to external events or circumstances outside Interconnector's control;
Available Hours means the difference between the Work Survey Hours and the hours per week the employee is required by the Corporation to be available to provide postal service.

  • In the event that the Storage Service is not available for more than 144 Hours due to Extraor- dinary Maintenance, the Storage Fee shall be reduced pro rata temporis for any additional Hours of non-availability (e.g. for 150 Hours of non-availability during the Service Period the Storage Fee shall be reduced pro rata temporis by 6 Hours relating to the Maximum Available Hours of the Service Period after deduction of the interruptions referred to in No. 6.2).
