AVAILABLE MAXIMUM SUBORDINATION AMOUNT. With respect to any Remittance Date, the excess, if any, of (i) the Maximum Subordination Amount over (ii) the amount of all distributions made in respect of Shortfall Amounts up to and including the current Remittance Date.
