Available Meeting definition

Available Meeting means the next regularly scheduled board meeting with enough lead time to assure a quorum at an executive session, give public notice, and arrange for all parties to be present. This does not preclude the Board from holding a special meeting if not regular meeting is scheduled within forty-five (45) days. Within five (5) days of the hearing the Board shall deliver a written answer, together with reasons, to the grievant and the AR.

Related to Available Meeting

  • hybrid meeting means a general meeting convened for the (i) physical attendance by shareholders and/or proxies at the Principal Meeting Place and where applicable, one or more Meeting Locations and (ii) virtual attendance and participation by shareholders and/or proxies by means of electronic facilities;
