Available Notes definition

Available Notes means, for each Series of Notes on each Auction Date, the number of Units of Notes that are not the subject of Submitted Hold Orders.
Available Notes means the Commitment Notes that any Commitment Party fails to purchase as a result of a Commitment Party Default by such Commitment Party.
Available Notes means, collectively, the aggregate Original Principal Amount of Unsubscribed Notes that any Commitment Party fails to purchase in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
