Available Production definition

Available Production means the quantities of Hydrocarbons produced from the Contract Area, less those quantities utilised for the Petroleum Operations, flared or reinjected.
Available Production means the quantity of Petroleum which can be efficiently and economically produced and saved from the producing well▇ ▇▇▇ject to any limitations imposed by government authority or other technical limitations resulting from Operations.
Available Production for each Relevant Period, Petroleum produced and saved during such Relevant Period from all ▇▇▇▇▇ situated on, produced from or allocated to the Subject Interests and to which the Grantor is entitled as at the date of this Agreement or such lesser percentage interest share as may be held by the Grantor from time to time after deduction of Petroleum which: (i) may be used in the conduct of operations during such Relevant Period; (ii) is produced from a well pursuant to a non-consent provision in which the Grantor has not elected to participate; or (iii) is required to be delivered during such Relevant Period to the Forward Sale Counterparty pursuant to the Forward Sale Agreement or any other deliveries to persons under the forward sale, prepayment or similar arrangements entered into by the Grantor in accordance with Clause 3.7(a).

  • If AMC fails to give AMT an Agreed Use Notice by the [**] deadline AMC shall owe AMT no fee and AMT shall be free to use Total Available Production Capacity in that Use Year for its own needs.

  • All Available Production shall be owned by the Parties in proportion to their respective Beneficial Interests.

  • The settlement will take place at the latest on January 28th of the following year for the previous calendar year, based on the Total Available Production of said year and the related official transfer price.

  • Contractor’s contribution to the Hydrocarbon Support Fund is calculated on the basis of the Total Available Production equal to the C.F.A. Franc equivalent of US$ 0.05 per Barrel produced.

More Definitions of Available Production

Available Production means the total quantity of Hydrocarbons produced and saved from all fields in the Lease Area, less the quantities used, reinjected or lost in operations with respect to the Lease or taken as Royalty in kind. Capital Expenditures mean all costs and expenses related to Joint Operations, which are qualifying capital expenditures under the provisions of the PPTA or CITA, including without limitation expenditures of a capital nature including, inter alia both tangible and intangible expenditures incurred for the acquisition, constructions, and erection of Joint Property, the drilling and completion of ▇▇▇▇▇, the acquisition and processing (and reprocessing) of seismic and geological and geophysical studies by third parties.
Available Production means the amount of Products available from General Moly’s share of production at the Mount Hope Mine after satisfaction of the Existing Obligations.
Available Production means the monthly average daily volume of gas produced from the leases and lease positions owned, hereafter acquired or controlled by operation, by Shipper or a Shipper affiliate in the geographic area described on Exhibit "C" hereto, excluding lease use gas, line loss, and gas used as gathering fuel. Available Production means the monthly average daily volume of gas produced from leases and lease positions owned, hereafter acquired or controlled by operation, by Shipper or a Shipper affiliate in the geographic area described on Exhibit "C" hereto, excluding lease use gas, line loss and gas used as gathering fuel. "Additional Available Production" means the volume of Available Production up to 32,000 Dth/day (other than the volume of Available Production up to the MDQ under Contract No. 33206000). "Local Consumption" means a volume of Available Production which Shipper delivers from its gathering system for local consumption. Should there exist Local Consumption, the 100% load factor rate for the first volumes transported by Transporter up to a volume equal to such Local Consumption shall be $.3122/Dth. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Shipper shall have the full and complete right to determine when and to what extent such leases and lease positions will be developed and gas produced therefrom.
Available Production means all Unitized Substances produced and saved from the Unit Area except so much thereof as is used in the conduct of operations under the Unit Agreement and this agreement and so much thereof as is delivered in kind to owners of Lease Burdens entitled to delivery thereof in kind.
