Available resource definition

Available resource means that a person has the legal ability to access and use the resource(s) for support and maintenance. A resource is considered unavailable when there is a legal impediment that prevents the person from utilizing it for such purposes.
Available resource means the amount of water resources that can be used for a certain period without disturbing the ecosystem’s ecosystem balance;
Available resource means the wind speed to be used to determine Expected Energy and Lost Energy, as determined pursuant to Section 2.1 of this Exhibit.
