Publicly Available Sources: We collect Personal Information about individuals that we do not otherwise have, such as contact information, employment-related information, and interest-in-services information, from publicly available sources.
For a period starting ninety (90) days prior to the Closing Date (as such date is mutually determined by Purchaser and Parent) and ending on the Closing Date, neither ▇▇▇▇ nor Purchaser shall take any action or fail to take any action, in each case, that would cause the Available Sources as of such time to be less than the Required Amount.

Not later than thirty (30) days after the end of each calendar month prior to the Final Completion Date, Co-Borrowers and Parent Guarantor shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a detailed statement of the aggregate amount of Available Sources and the Cost to Complete as of the end of the preceding calendar month.
