Average Annual Cost definition

Average Annual Cost means the total amount to be paid by the lessee under any lease over the term of such lease, for any and all purposes, including rent, escalations, taxes, operating costs, pass throughs, electric and other utility costs, commissions, build-outs, and all other amounts payable to or for the benefit of the lessor divided by the term of the lease, in years.

  • Thus, under no circumstances shall any other compensation or consideration be added to the Average Annual Cost that may have been agreed to or is agreed to by the CONCESSIONAIRE with the future Qualified Operator.
