Average Daily Demand definition

Average Daily Demand means the normal water usage of the system as determined for the most representative twenty-four (24) hour period of record not affected by unusual demand conditions such as drought or a significant temporary increase in demand.

More Definitions of Average Daily Demand

Average Daily Demand means the total annual water use divided by the number of days the system was in operation.
