average daily turnover means the total turnover for the relevant shares divided by 20 where the total turnover for the shares concerned shall be calculated by summing the results of multiplying, for each transaction executed during the 20 preceding trading days in the SME growth market concerned, the number of shares exchanged between the buyers and sellers by the unit price applicable to such transaction;
