Average Direct Hourly Labor Rate definition

Average Direct Hourly Labor Rate has the meaning set forth in Part 1 of the Product Assurance Document.
Average Direct Hourly Labor Rate means the average hourly rate (excluding all fringe benefits, premium-time allowances, social charges, business taxes and the like) paid by Customer to its Direct Labor employees.
Average Direct Hourly Labor Rate means the rate to be used as Customer’s costs for one Direct Labor Hour [***].

Examples of Average Direct Hourly Labor Rate in a sentence

  • Prior to or concurrently with submittal of Customer's first claim for Direct Labor reimbursement, Customer may notify Boeing of Customer's then-current Average Direct Hourly Labor Rate, and thereafter notify Boeing of any material change in such rate.

  • Customer's established Warranty Labor Rate will be the greater of the standard labor rate or 150% of Customer's Average Direct Hourly Labor Rate.
