Average Hours means hours which are calculated based on the previous 12 months’ service, or the duration of the Employee’s employment, whichever is the shorter. Contributing hours for Average Hours calculations are all hours actually worked, hours on authorised paid leave, Hours Actually Worked as overtime and on public holidays. Bankable Hourly Rate means the base rate of pay for a classification, excluding any shift loadings, allowances or penalties.
