Average Journey Time definition
Average Journey Time means in respect of any Service having the calling pattern specified in paragraph 4.1, of Part II of this Schedule 5, the Journey Time described as “Average Journey Time” in paragraph 6.1 of Part II of this Schedule 5;
Average Journey Time has the meaning given to it in paragraph 7.1 of Schedule 8.1 (Franchise Payments);
Examples of Average Journey Time in a sentence
Subject to obtaining the approval of the Regulator, the Average Journey Time or Average Pathing Time shall then be varied as agreed by the parties or as determined in accordance with Condition D5 of the Access Conditions.
Either party may request the other to agree a reduction or increase in any of the Average Journey Time or Average Pathing Time.
