Average Journey Time definition

Average Journey Time means in respect of any Service having the calling pattern specified in paragraph 4.1, of Part II of this Schedule 5, the Journey Time described as “Average Journey Time” in paragraph 6.1 of Part II of this Schedule 5;
Average Journey Time has the meaning given to it in paragraph 7.1 of Schedule 8.1 (Franchise Payments);

  • Average VWAP means the average of the VWAP for each Trading Day in the relevant period.

  • Journal means the official Journal of the European Union or successor publication thereto.

  • Average value means the value which best represents the amount of the nutrient which a given food contains, and reflects allowances for seasonal variability, patterns of consumption and other factors which may cause the actual value to vary.
