Average Retail Price definition

Average Retail Price means an Access Seeker’s revenues from fixed to mobile calls which terminate on the Vodafone Network divided by that Access Seeker’s total Conversation Minutes for fixed to mobile calls which terminate on the Vodafone Network during the relevant Validity Period.
Average Retail Price means the greater of (i) the price at which similar merchandise, goods, or services were being sold at retail during the 30-day period immediately preceding the declaration of a state of local emergency or (ii) the price that is not larger than the average percentage over wholesale cost that existed during the 30-day period immediately preceding the declaration of a state of local emergency.

  • Retail Price Index means the general index of retail prices published by the Office for National Statistics each month in respect of all items or:
