The Executive shall be eligible to receive bonuses under this paragraph "a" for each fiscal year of the Company ending during the Term of Employment only in the event that the Company's "Adjusted Pre-Tax Income" equals or exceeds 10% of the "Average Stockholders' Equity", for such fiscal year.
