Average Valuation Dates definition
Average Valuation Dates means The Initial Valuation Date, April 23, 2021, May 26, 2021, June 24, 2021, July 26, 2021 and August 26, 2021, provided that if any such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Average Valuation Date will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day for that Share, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event.
