Average Weekly Volume definition

Average Weekly Volume is calculated by multiplying the Average Daily Volume by the number of trading days in the calendar week preceding the proposed sale or transfer of Shares.
Average Weekly Volume means, (i) the total reported volume of trading, as reported by the Reporting Service, for the Company's Common Stock on all securities exchanges for the last twenty (20) Trading Days ending on the Friday immediately preceding the date of sale, divided by (ii) four (4).
