Aviation Law definition

Aviation Law means the Federal Aviation Act, or such other applicable law of any jurisdiction in which the Aircraft is registered.

Aviation Law means 49 U.S.C. ss. 40101 AT SEQ (Title 49, subtitle VII of the United States Code), as amended from time to time.
