AVID Member Site definition

AVID Member Site means each Client facility identified in the Quote/Order or a Subsequent Quote/Order where the AVID Products and Services will be implemented.

Examples of AVID Member Site in a sentence

  • In the case of a breach by Client that is not cured as described above, AVID Center shall have the right to terminate Client’s right to conduct all or part of an AVID product or service at one or more specific AVID Member Sites, by giving written notice to Client of the sites so terminated, without terminating this Agreement with respect to the other products or services at the particular AVID Member Site and/or other AVID Member Site(s) subject to this Agreement.

  • To ensure proper implementation of AVID Elementary, Client agrees to purchase at least one (1) complete AVID Elementary Curriculum Package for each AVID Member Site newly implementing AVID Elementary, as listed on the Quote.

  • To ensure proper implementation of AVID Secondary, Client agrees to purchase at least one (1) complete AVID Curriculum Library for each AVID Member Site newly implementing AVID Secondary, as listed on the Quote.

  • In the case of a breach by Client that is not cured as described above, AVID Center shall have the right to terminate Client's right to conduct all or part of an AVID product or service at one or more specific AVID Member Sites, by giving written notice to Client of the sites so terminated, without terminating this Agreement with respect to the other products or services at the particular AVID Member Site and/or other AVID Member Site(s) subject to this Agreement.

  • Participation in the Summer Bridge program requires Client to have either a New Implemented AVID Member Site or an Existing AVID Member Site in the concurrent school year.

  • To ensure proper implementation of AVID Elementary, Client agrees to purchase at least one (1) complete AVID Elementary Curriculum Package for each AVID Member Site newly implementing AVID Elementary, as listed on the Quote/Order or Subsequent Quote/Order.

  • To ensure proper implementation of AVID Secondary, Client agrees to purchase at least one (1) complete AVID Curriculum Library for each AVID Member Site newly implementing AVID Secondary.

Related to AVID Member Site

  • host Member State means the Member State other than the home Member State in which a payment service provider has an agent or a branch or provides payment services;

  • Relevant Member State means each Member State of the European Economic Area which has implemented the Prospectus Directive, except Luxembourg; and

  • EU Member State means a member state of the EU;

  • Participating Member State means any member state of the European Union that has the Euro as its lawful currency in accordance with legislation of the European Union relating to Economic and Monetary Union.

  • Participating Member States means the member states of the European Communities that adopt or have adopted the euro as their lawful currency in accordance with the legislation of the European Union relating to European Monetary Union.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Covered service member means a member of the Armed Forces, including a member of the National Guard or Reserves, who is undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, or therapy, is otherwise in outpatient status, or is otherwise on the temporary disability retired list, for a serious injury or illness.
