AVID Member Site definition

AVID Member Site means each Client facility identified in the Quote/Order or a Subsequent Quote/Order where the AVID Products and Services will be implemented.
AVID Member Site. Any Client that implements (orders membership corresponding to) AVID Elementary and/or AVID Secondary, or AVID for Higher Education.
AVID Member Site means each Client facility identified in the Contract/Order or a Subsequent Contract/Order where the AVID Products and Services will be implemented.

  • Further, Client will only distribute, display, photocopy, reproduce or otherwise duplicate, those AVID Materials and AVID Methodologies corresponding to the specific AVID service or product listed for each AVID Member Site in Quote(s).

Related to AVID Member Site

  • host Member State means the Member State other than the home Member State in which a payment service provider has an agent or a branch or provides payment services;

  • Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.

  • Covered service member means a member of the Armed Forces, including a member of the National Guard or Reserves, who is undergoing medical treatment, recuperation, or therapy, is otherwise in outpatient status, or is otherwise on the temporary disability retired list, for a serious injury or illness.

  • Designated member means the spouse, child, grandchild, parent, brother, or sister of a deceased individual who owned an interest in a wholesaler, who is entitled to inherit the deceased individual's ownership interest in the wholesaler under the terms of the deceased individual's will, or who has otherwise been designated in writing by the deceased individual to succeed the deceased individual in the wholesaler's business, or is entitled to inherit such ownership interest under the laws of intestate succession of this state. With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.
