Aviv REIT means Aviv REIT as hereinbefore defined and any successor to its business and/or assets as aforesaid that assumes and agrees to perform this Agreement by operation of law or otherwise. In the event that Omega assumes this Agreement, “Aviv REIT” and the “Company” shall refer to Omega unless the context requires otherwise.
