AWARD Authorisation Process definition
AWARD Authorisation Process has the meaning given to it in clause 7.4.1;
Required Authorisation means any authorisation, consent, declaration, licence, permit, exemption, approval or other document, whether imposed by or arising in connection with any law, regulation, custom, contract, security or otherwise howsoever which must be obtained at any time from any person, government entity or central bank or other self-regulating or supra-national authority in order to enable the Borrower lawfully to draw the Loan and/or to enable any Security Party lawfully and continuously to continue its corporate existence and/or perform all its obligations whatsoever whensoever arising under the Loan Documents and/or grant security under the Security Documents and/or to ensure the continuous validity and enforceability thereof;
Safety Authorisation and “deemed Safety Authorisation” have the meanings given to “safety authorisation” and “deemed safety authorisation” by the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;
Marketing Authorisation means any approval (including all applicable pricing and governmental reimbursement approvals) required from the FDA or relevant Competent Authority to market and sell a Product in a particular country.
Award Authority means the authority having the jurisdiction to award the Contract according to the City’s by-laws, policies or procedures;
Authorisation means an authorisation, consent, approval, resolution, licence, exemption, filing, notarisation or registration.
Authorisations means any consent, registration, filing, notarisation, licence, approval, permit, authority or exemption from, by or with any Governmental Authority and all corporate, creditors’, shareholders’ and third-party approvals or consents;
Federal work authorization program means any of the electronic verification of work authorization programs operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security or any equivalent federal work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security to verify information of newly hired employees, pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603.
Special Approval means approval by a majority of the members of the Conflicts Committee.
Governmental Approval means any authorization, consent, approval, license or exemption of, registration or filing with, or report or notice to, any Governmental Authority.
Conditional approval means a time-limited status that results when an approved nursing education program has failed to maintain requirements as set forth in this chapter.
Second Authorised Participant means GWM Limited and any successor thereto.
Required Governmental Approvals means Purchaser Required Governmental Approvals and Seller Required Governmental Approvals.
Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.
Relevant Supervisory Consent means, in relation to any redemption or purchase of the Notes, any required permission of the Relevant Regulator applicable to the Company or the Relevant UK Resolution Authority (as applicable). For the avoidance of doubt, Relevant Supervisory Consent will not be required if either (i) none of the Debt Securities qualify as part of the Issuer’s regulatory capital, or own funds and eligible liabilities or loss absorbing capacity instruments, as the case may be, each pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations, (ii) the relevant Debt Securities are repurchased for market-making purposes in accordance with any permission given by the Relevant Regulator pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations within the limits prescribed in such permission or (iii) the relevant Debt Securities are being redeemed or repurchased pursuant to any general prior permission granted by the Relevant Regulator or the Relevant UK Resolution Authority (as applicable) pursuant to the Loss Absorption Regulations within the limits prescribed in such permission.

authorized authority means, in relation to any person, transaction or event, any: (A) federal, provincial, municipal or local governmental body (whether administrative, legislative, executive or otherwise), both domestic and foreign; (B) agency, authority, commission, instrumentality, regulatory body, court, central bank or other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative powers or functions of or pertaining to government; (C) court, arbitrator, commission or body exercising judicial, quasi-judicial, administrative or similar functions; and (D) other body or entity created under the authority of or otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of any of the foregoing, including any stock or other securities exchange, in each case having jurisdiction over such person, transaction or event; and
Requisite Regulatory Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).
the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme means the scheme of that name administered by the Common Services Agency (constituted under section 10 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(b));
Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, including applicable supplements, amendments, pre- and post-approvals, clearances, licenses, notifications, registrations, certifications or authorizations of any Governmental Authority, any Regulatory Agency necessary for the preclinical or clinical testing, manufacture, development, distribution, use, storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.
Service Authorization means that Open Ecosystem Partner needs to meet specific qualification requirements for the products included in a “Service” Product Family that Open Ecosystem Partner wants to promote and offer Services for as set out in detail in the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.
Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application to the appropriate Regulatory Authority for approval to sell the Product (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular country or regulatory jurisdiction.
Initial approval means authorization to admit students and enter into contractual agreements for clinical facilities. It is granted only after an application has been submitted, reviewed and a survey visit made by the Board. No students shall be admitted to the program until the institution has received written notification that initial approval has been granted. Failure to comply will delay initial approval.
Marketing Authorization means all approvals from the relevant Regulatory Authority necessary to market and sell a Licensed Product in any country (including without limitation all applicable Price Approvals even if not legally required to sell Licensed Product in a country).
Work Authorization or “WA” means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, xxxx of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.
Necessary Authorizations means all approvals and licenses from, and all filings and registrations with, any governmental or other regulatory authority, including, without limiting the foregoing, the Licenses and all approvals, licenses, filings and registrations under the Communications Act, necessary in order to enable the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to own, construct, maintain, and operate communications tower facilities and to invest in other Persons who own, construct, maintain, manage and operate communications tower facilities.
Final Approval means the Court’s order granting final approval of the Settlement.
