Award Category definition

Award Category means the relevant category described as either “Individual”, “Institution” or “Posthumous” as set out in the Award guidelines; and

Examples of Award Category in a sentence

  • For each Award Category above, the following valued services should also be available for procurement at the time of product purchase or anytime afterwards.

  • The established minimum discount % per Award Category shall remain fixed for the entire duration of the resulting Master Agreement.

  • At a minimum, the discount % for each Award Category Contractor is awarded in must be extended to all new product additions to that Category throughout the contract term.

  • The Lead State expects to conduct quarterly amendments of the Master Agreement to add new products and services under Award Category 3.

  • The New Product Request form will be submitted to the Lead State to request any new products or services under Award Category 3(See Attachment M).

  • All Products offered under Award Category 3 shall comply fully with all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.

  • If an Contractor is not awarded a product under an Award Category 3 subcategory, but has provided a product or service under Legacy Plans, the Contractor may continue to offer the product to end users already under contract.

  • All new added products and services under Award Category 3 will be included on Attachment N, Request Log sheet that will include Lead State recommendations and observations.

  • Terms and Conditions not included in the addition of new products for Award Category 3 will not be part of any agreement with end users.

  • The winner of each Award Category will be awarded one of the following: (i)$35,000 US Dollars or (ii) ⅓ of any additional amounts received by Sponsors through fundraising or through crowdfunding through the Challenge website (“Crowdsourced Funds”).

Related to Award Category

  • Award Criteria means the Standard Services Award Criteria and/or the Competed Services Award Criteria as the context requires

  • Award Cycle means a period of consecutive fiscal years or portions thereof designated by the Committee over which Performance Units are to be earned.

  • Direct Award Criteria means the award criteria to be applied for the award of Call-Off Contracts for Standard Services set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 (Award Criteria) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Performance Award Formula means, for any Performance Award, a formula or table established by the Committee pursuant to Section 10.3 which provides the basis for computing the value of a Performance Award at one or more levels of attainment of the applicable Performance Goal(s) measured as of the end of the applicable Performance Period.

  • Performance Measure means one or more of the following selected by the Committee to measure Company, Affiliate, and/or business unit performance for a Performance Period, whether in absolute or relative terms (including, without limitation, terms relative to a peer group or index): basic, diluted, or adjusted earnings per share; sales or revenue; earnings before interest, taxes, and other adjustments (in total or on a per share basis); basic or adjusted net income; returns on equity, assets, capital, revenue or similar measure; economic value added; working capital; total shareholder return; and product development, product market share, research, licensing, litigation, human resources, information services, mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets of Affiliates or business units. Each such measure shall be, to the extent applicable, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company (or such other standard applied by the Committee) and, if so determined by the Committee, and in the case of a Performance Compensation Award, to the extent permitted under Code Section 162(m), adjusted to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.
