Award Communication definition

Award Communication for a Participant and the Participant’s Award means, collectively, the Participant’s year-end compensation statement for the year preceding the year that includes the Date of Grant (if applicable), and any other written or electronic communication by or on behalf of the Company to the Participant regarding the particular terms of the Participant’s Award, and the LTIA Overview or similar document describing the terms of the Award generally.

Examples of Award Communication in a sentence

  • Any action taken or decision made by the Company, the Board or the Committee arising out of or in connection with the construction, administration, interpretation or effect of any provision of the Plan, this Agreement or a Participant’s Award Communication shall lie within its sole and absolute discretion, as the case may be, and shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Participant and all persons claiming under or through the Participant.

  • The Option is subject to the Plan, the Award Communication and any interpretations by the Committee under the Plan or the Award Communication, which are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference and made a part hereof.
