Award Grant Date definition

Award Grant Date means the Award Grant Date set forth on page 1 of the Agreement and is the date as of which the Restricted Share Units and related Dividend Equivalents are authorized to be granted by the Committee in accordance with the Plan.

Award Grant Date means the date upon which an Award is granted to the Director.

Award Grant Date means the Award Grant Date set forth on page 1 of the Award Agreement and is the date as of which the Restricted Share Units and related Dividend Equivalents are authorized to be granted by the Compensation Committee or its delegate in accordance with the Plan.
