Award LTIP Units constitute and shall be treated for all purposes as the property of the Grantee, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Partnership Agreement.

Award LTIP Units means the number of LTIP Units granted by this Agreement, the number of which granted is set forth on Schedule A.
