Award points definition

Award points means the points referred to in the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 and the Preferential Procurement section of this policy, also referred to as “evaluation points”.

  • Performance Compensation Award means any Award designated by the Committee as a Performance Compensation Award pursuant to Section 11 of the Plan.
