Award Program definition

Award Program means a written program established by the Committee, pursuant to which Awards are granted under the Plan under uniform terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in such written program.
Award Program means a program established by the Company or a Participating Employer that results in its Associates receiving shares of Stock as an award for job performance.
Award Program means any program established by the Committee for the granting of Awards hereunder and attached as an addendum to the Plan.
