AWC Financial Statements definition
AWC Financial Statements means the consolidated financial statements of AWC as of and for the year ended December 31, 1995, the eleven month period ended November 30, 1996 and the 1996 AWC Financial Statements (which will be delivered to Purchaser when available in accordance with this Agreement), consisting of the balance sheet at such date and the related statements of operations and cash flows for the periods then ended, audited (in the case of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 1995 and the 1996 AWC Financial Statements) by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP, certified public accountants, copies of which are attached hereto as Schedule 3.4 (a).
