AWS Service Terms definition

AWS Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/serviceterms (and any successor or related locations designated by AWS), as may be updated from time to time by AWS.

  • By agreeing to these GTC/▇▇▇▇, the Customer therefore also accepts the AWS Service Terms.

  • Any AWS Managed Services provided under this Section 3.9 will be treated as a ‘Beta Service’ subject to the AWS Service Terms available at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/service-terms/.

  • If the terms of this document are inconsistent with the terms contained in any Policy, the terms contained in this document will control, except that the AWS Service Terms will control over this document.

  • The use of MAXQDA TeamCloud by the Customer is therefore not only governed by these GTC/▇▇▇▇, but is also subject to the AWS Service Terms, available at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/de/service-terms/.

  • This addendum is part of the AWS Service Terms and applies automatically to all customers needing compliance with the UK GDPR.

  • Unless explicitly permitted by the AWS Service Terms, we will only create one account per email address.

  • The Parties further acknowledge that the Subscription is subject to Subscriber’s AWS Customer Agreement and AWS Service Terms or other agreement with AWS governing use of AWS services, and such terms shall prevail to the extent that they conflict with any of the foregoing components of the Subscription.

  • The AWS GDPR Data Processing Adden- dum with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) is part of the AWS Service Terms.
