Examples of AWS Services Agreement in a sentence

  • Nothing in this Agreement limits or prevents any termination rights of you or AWS under your AWS Services Agreement.

  • It sets out the rules, conditions, and restrictions that apply to Customer’s use of the AWS Services under Solution Provider Accounts where (1) Customer does not have an AWS Services Agreement with AWS; or (2) if Customer does have an AWS Services Agreement with AWS, Solution Provider has not designated it to AWS as Customer’s own account under the AWS Solution Provider Program.

  • If you wish to terminate your AWS Services you must do so under the terms of your AWS Services Agreement with AWS.

  • By entering this Agreement, you acknowledge and confirm: you are not a Public Sector Customer; or if you are a Public Sector Customer you are located in Australia and before entering this Agreement, you have: entered an AWS Services Agreement directly with AWS; and received confirmation in writing from us that you comply with clause 2.4(b)(i).

  • Our provision of the AWS Services under this Agreement is subject to you, for the Term of this Agreement: having a separate AWS Services Agreement with AWS to receive and access AWS Services directly from AWS; having a connection into your private network via a service from us.

  • The charges on your invoice from us are the fees and charges for your AWS Services you have accessed and used under the terms of your AWS Services Agreement.

  • This Agreement allows us to invoice you for the AWS Services you receive or access from AWS under your AWS Services Agreement.
