The City, Lessee, AZSTA, the Cardinals and Farm 101 are sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”.

Lessee agrees to reasonably cooperate with the City, Farm 101, AZSTA and the Cardinals in connection with any future economic development of the Black Lot that does not have a material adverse effect (x) on Lessee’s use of the Leased Parking Spaces as permitted by the Lease (or the Orange Lot as contemplated by this Consent) or (y) on any other rights of Lessee under the Lease.
